Monthly Happenings……….
Second Tuesday – The Chamber of Commerce will hold their monthly meetings the second Tuesday of every month at the Rim Country Community/Senior Center. Time is 5:30pm to 7pm. This is a great opportunity to network, meet new people, and find out what is happening our community. This meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. APRIL 14th, 2020 MEETING IS CANCELED.

2020 Slide rccc closed*The Rim Country Community Center is suspending all daily activities starting 03/18/2020 until 04/06/2020 and will review the situation at that time. We are very mindful of the health and safety of all of our members as well as the entire community. We will continue daily to maintain our Meals on Wheels delivery program. This program supplies daily meals to the most needy. Thank you all for your help and patience.

Second Tuesday – H-O Unified School District Board Meeting at 7pm at Capps Middle School in the Performing Arts Center.

Third Tuesday – Fire Board meeting at the Heber-Overgaard Fire Station starting at 6pm. Open to the public and live streaming through their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HOFDFire/

First and Third Wednesday – Overgaard Ponderosa Lions Club meet at the Rim Country Community/Senior Center at 7 am. The March 18th meeting is cancelled and they will let us know regarding Aprils.

Fourth Wednesday – Agave House Chapter, AZ Archaeological Society of Heber Overgaard-Chapter meets at the Black Mesa Ranger Station at 6:30 pm.

Second & Forth Thursday – The Girl Scouts hold their meeting at the Rim Country Community Center starting at 5:30pm

Second Friday – “The Rock ‘in Readers” Book Club meets in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Rim Community Library at 10:30 am. New members are always welcome.

First Saturday – Heber-Overgaard Outdoor Team meets at the Rim Country Community Center at 9am.

Third Saturday – Zane Grey Club House will have a Fundraiser Meal with Live Music or skits from 4pm to 6pm. Open May through September

ANNUAL EVENTS……….
Hashknife Pony Express – February 1st from 10am to 12pm Meet and Greet at the Heber-Overgaard Chamber of Commerce. Then on Wednesday February 5th the Riders will ride through town and pick up mail at both the Heber & Overgaard Post Offices.

4th of July Festival – July 3rd & 4th, 2020 @ Tall Timbers Park – Hours of Event will be Friday, July 3rd from 1pm – 10pm & Saturday, July 4th from 10am to 5pm. The event continues at the Mogollon High School beginning at 4pm with the fireworks show starting at 9pm.

Oktoberfest Festival – September 18th & 19th, 2020 @ Tall Timbers Park – Hours of this Event will be Friday, Sept. 18th from 1pm to 10pm & Saturday, Sept. 19th from 10am to 5pm.

Trunk or Treat – Saturday, October 31st, 2020, @ Tall Timbers Park from 4pm to 7pm

Winterfest Festival – Saturday, Nov. 28th, 2020 @ Tall Timbers Park from 4pm to 7p

To participate in this event please complete this form 2020 Community Yard Sale Sign Up Sheet and return it to the Chamber of Commerce by mail or during business hours. A drop box is also located to the right of the front door for your convenience.

2020 4th of July Festival* Friday, July 3rd Live Music & Food 1pm to 10pm, Beer Garden will be open from 1pm to 8:30pm.
*Saturday, July 4th 10am to 5pm.
*$5 Parking fee for the Park – All proceeds help pay for the Fireworks.
*Fireworks Show @ Mogollon High School starting at 4pm.
